28 double photo portraits and a video projection portraying the residents and the town of Novosibirsk was presented by the artist Perikles Boutos.
In 2001, almost a year after having lived in Novosibirsk as a Vice Consul of Greece in Southern Russia, Periklis Boutos records a series of meetings with the residents of the town, during which he emphasize his physical presence as well within the environment. The obvious presence of Perikles Boutos as a photographer was considered as asocial approch to the matter.
Others agreed to be photographed and others not, though all responses were noted. Though within the portraits the human factor is quite intence, a video projection minimizes this giving emphasis to the environment.
