CHEAPART enters its 6th year inviting you to the exhibition of Andreas Vais and Dimitris Merantzas, at the first event of 2000 "Spring '00".
Artists and dj's collaborate for this purpose and offer you an experience of colors and sounds.
Andreas Vais presents a series of 10 wall paintings - acrylic on wood entitled "Leaves".
Dimitris Merantzas presents a section of 7 instilations entitled "Which Pots?"
For Andreas Vais, leaves, as respiratory organs and energy conduits, become the motive for micro and macrocosmic explorations.
In Dimitris Merantza's metal pots, the very tools of the planet's cultivators, the non-rechargeable "muscular" instruments for carving and shaping the earth, bloom as peculiar flowers.
